NSD and more info

here is the NSD. It is issued from nconvert -w with domino server down.
The problem seems to come from mail8.ntf because if I migrate exchange mail to mail6.ntf (on domino 8.01 server) then the load convert -w does not crash the server but then I still have the message "Mail convert : Address Fix-Up not completed in 'mail\xxxx.nsf" because of some address aliases in NAB"
I also have the problem of firsname and lastname inverted in Domino public address book.
